Dear members and supporters,
Whatever happened to California Forever? Should we be excited?
Our main speaker will be Bret Prebula, the City Manager of Suisun City. Suisun has recently annexed the land where California Forever proposes to build. He can speak about the process and advantages and disadvantages of the project. If his name is familiar that’s because he used to be the finance director of Benicia.
We will also hear from Dr. Nikki Parr, who is running for Solano County Superintendent of Schools. She is seeking our endorsement and is running unopposed.
Nicolas Carjuzaa is running against John Garamendi for Congress. Come hear a new young voice on the political scene.
Finally, we will be voting on changes to our bylaws.
